5. Shipping and Delivery
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using a designated carrier, with estimated delivery times dependent on the selected shipping method and recipient’s location. Shipping details, including tracking information, will be provided via email. Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and are subject to change based on carrier availability, customs processing, and external logistical factors.
We take care in processing and packaging orders, with standard order fulfillment times ranging from 5-7 business days. While we aim for prompt shipment, occasional delays may occur, particularly during peak shopping seasons or unforeseen disruptions beyond our control.
Mundane provides worldwide shipping. The cost of shipping, along with any applicable duties or taxes, will be determined at checkout and remains the responsibility of the customer. International orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties upon arrival, depending on the destination country’s regulations. We are unable to adjust or understate the declared value of packages, and all customs-related fees must be settled by the recipient.
We do not assume liability for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or unexpected disruptions. Customers experiencing shipping delays should contact the carrier directly, as we cannot provide refunds for shipping-related issues. Additionally, all shipments will be marked as merchandise. Once an order has been dispatched, Mundane is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If a shipment is lost, customers should file a claim directly with the respective carrier.
